You’ve tired yourself out doing things for other people. On Monday, you should do something for yourself. Your energy level might be bit low. If there’s any way you could take a nap during lunch, that’d be amazing. Tuesday and Wednesday, you might be feeling sluggish, too. And you’re not in the mood to deal with extreme personalities at work. (Call in sick? Is that a possibility?) Thursday and Friday, you’ll be back to your usual self, although you still may have trouble connecting with co-workers in a meaningful way. It won’t be until Saturday that your energy really picks up again. Matter of fact, the weekend could be a blast.
